Crab spider on comfrey

Another loose watercolour illustration. Comfrey is a valuable source of early nectar for bumblebees... and the crab spider knows it! Crab spiders are ambush predators and this one was well camouflaged amongst the comfrey flowers. I wanted the illustration to show the spider clearly enough, yet also to suggest its camouflage and intent.
